When is a booking confirmed?
Searching or adding an option to a trip plan does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed after your explicit selection, a successful payment process and receipt of confirmation or a reference when available.
Cancellation and changes
Review the cancellation or change deadline in the exact product details before payment. Terms apply to the selected room or flight, not all supplier options generally.
Price or availability changes
Price and availability can change between search and payment. If verification is required, OFFTO presents the updated price or status before completion and does not accept it without your explicit approval.
